    Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am.

    In July - August, minimum stay is 7 days and changeover day is Saturday. During the rest of the year the minimum stay is 5 days.

    30% of the rental price should be paid within 7 days of the booking confirmation. The rest of the rent is due 1 month before guests' arrival.

    Security deposit of €1.000 is collected at guests' check-in and returned at guests' check-out.

    1. Check-in time is 3 pm on the day of arrival, while check-out time is 10 am on the departure day. If guests arrive early or leave later than that, the hosts will be glad to store their luggage in a safe place until they pick it up.
    2. Check-in and check-out times can be changed in low season and by agreement with the hosts.
    3. Guests are required to hand in their ID documents to the hosts on their arrival in order to be registered with the Croatian authorities. The documents will be returned within 24 hours.
    4. Guests are responsible for all their personal belongings and valuables during their stay at the Villa: left inside or outside of the house. The hosts are not responsible for any loss or damage to them.
    5. Guests are responsible for their behavior in the Villa and at the surrounding area and shall bear the consequences themselves in case of any accidents.
    6. Swimming in the pool as well as using the outside shower, the fireplace, the basketball / volleyball court, the gym and other Villa outdoor and indoor facilities are at guests’ own responsibility.
    7. When leaving the house, guests should turn off the lights, electrical devices, water taps, lock the windows and doors.
    8. The hosts are not allowed to enter the Villa while guests are absent. However, in exceptional circumstances they can do so to prevent possible danger or damage. The hosts are obliged to inform the guests about this entry at their first next contact.
    9. It is not allowed to destroy or damage any furniture or equipment in the Villa or its yard as well as to cause disorder and disturb the neighborhood with too loud noises. It is expressly forbidden to make loud noises in the time between 14 – 17 hr and from 23 to 8 hr.
    10. Any displaced pieces of furniture or equipment must be put back to their original position before the guests’ departure.
    11. Moving the furniture or equipment that is an integral part of the Villa’s interior outside of the house and vice versa is forbidden.
    12. Any damage, disappearance or ruin of any equipment, furniture, appliances and other Villa property caused by the guests, by intention or accidentally, must be reported to the hosts. The guests are obliged to compensate the corresponding value, unless agreed otherwise with the hosts.
    13. A damage fee of 1,000 Euros is collected at guests’ check-in and returned at their check-out. The fee is used by the hosts to cover part or all of expenses of any damage, destruction or loss that has occurred to the property during the guests’ stay.
    14. Use of any equipment or appliances that are not an integral part of Villa’s interior or exterior is allowed only by agreement with the hosts (exception is personal hygienic devices).
    15. Bringing in weapons, explosives, easily flammable materials or strongly scented objects and food is not permitted.
    16. Smoking in the Villa is not permitted. Please, use the balconies and the yard to smoke.
    17. Pets are not allowed at the Villa premises.
    18. Persons who are not registered are not allowed to spend a night in the Villa or stay there during the whole day, neither to use the facilities nor inventory without the hosts’ permission.
    19. If the guests intend to be absent for two days or more, the hosts need to be notified in advance.
